Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ayurveda Heritage Panchakarma Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide the best care with mutual respect. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure smooth service and scheduling for all our clients.
❗️1. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before, a cancellation fee of ₹200 may be charged or the session will be marked as used (if part of a package).
- Appointments can be cancelled via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
🔁 2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.
- Only one reschedule per appointment is permitted.
- If not rescheduled in time, the session will be considered a no-show.
🚫 3. No-show Policy
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the session fee or forfeit that session in a prepaid package.
💰 4. Refund Policy
- Consultation and therapy fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
- For prepaid therapy packages:
- No refunds will be issued after the first session has been completed.
- If a refund is requested before starting the package, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
🔄 5. Transfer of Sessions
- Prepaid sessions/packages are non-transferable to another person unless approved by the clinic in exceptional cases.
📦 6. Product Purchases
- Ayurvedic medicines or wellness products once sold are not returnable or refundable unless damaged during delivery.
- Report product issues within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof (bill and image).
