1. General
- Ayurveda Heritage Panchakarma Clinic provides Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, and treatments as per traditional Ayurvedic principles.
- All services are offered by certified practitioners under the guidance of Dr. Divya.
- These terms apply to all users (patients, visitors, or clients).
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may attract a fee.
3. Consultation and Treatment
- Our treatments are complementary and holistic, not a substitute for emergency or critical medical care.
- Patients must disclose full medical history and current medications before treatment.
- Each treatment plan is individualized and may vary as per the patient’s condition and progress.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All treatments must be paid for in advance or at the time of service.
- We accept UPI, cash and card payments.
- Refunds are not applicable once the treatment has begun.
- Package payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Privacy Policy
- All patient information is kept confidential and used only for treatment and follow-up purposes.
- We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

6. Health Disclaimer
- The effectiveness of therapies may vary from person to person.
- The clinic and its staff are not liable for any side effects or outcomes due to undisclosed medical conditions or misuse of advice/treatments.
- Ayurveda requires consistent follow-ups and adherence to diet/lifestyle as suggested.
7. Children and Pregnant Women
- Treatments for children and pregnant women are only provided after proper consultation.
- Parents or guardians must be present during pediatric treatments.
8. Changes to Terms
- The clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revised terms.
